Terms of Service

Last updated August 29, 2026

Diamond OS is a subscription platform for insurance sales teams. These terms explain the rules for using it, how billing works, and how responsibility is divided between us and you.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Diamond OS platform ("the Service"). By creating an account, inviting members to a workspace, or paying for a subscription, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each workspace has an owner who controls membership, roles, and billing.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. New free trials are available only on Solo for 7 days and require no payment method; when a trial ends without an active subscription, the workspace becomes read-only and no data is deleted.

Add-ons (extra seats, extra integrations, AI credit packs) are billed in addition to your plan. Recurring add-ons renew with your subscription; one-time purchases are non-recurring.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to the billing contact on file. Failed payments may result in suspension of access until resolved.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law or regulation, including telemarketing, do-not-call, TCPA, and consumer-protection rules applicable to your jurisdiction and industry; to upload data you do not have the right to process; to reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without written permission; or to attempt to access another workspace's data.

You are solely responsible for your calling practices, sales conduct, licensing, and the content of any communications you send using the Service.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you and your members enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that data solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to collect and process your contacts' information, and for honoring do-not-call and opt-out requests. Compliance tooling we provide is an aid, not a guarantee of compliance.

6. AI features

AI-assisted features generate suggestions and educational content. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be relied upon as legal, financial, tax, underwriting, or compliance advice. You are responsible for reviewing anything you act on or present to a client.

7. Third-party integrations

The Service connects to third-party tools you authorize (for example calendaring, spreadsheets, telephony, and messaging providers). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions.

8. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, and factors outside our control may cause interruptions. Support is provided through the channels described in your plan.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of these terms, or activity that risks harm to other customers or to the Service.

After termination you may request an export of your workspace data for a limited period, after which it may be permanently deleted.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to workspace owners. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to the support channel listed inside your workspace under Help & Guide.
